Shouldn't it be an English monolingual question? Since the question is about the meaning of this abbreviation, perhaps it would be better in the English-English pair?

Indian people have many middle names.
so I think you can just put it as P.S.J. after the Dr.
This man is a medical doctor, so...

Do you know what S/o and R/o respectively stand for?

Correction; Not Indian... probably Malaysian or Indonesian...
I recently worked for Malaysian document and had to figure out some abbreviations myself.
