'Reinforced cell' Thanks a lot!

cellule forte I don't pretend to be an explosives expert, but any item intended to be reusable is going to have a strongly reinforced "cell" from which to launch the explosive. Also, the energy of the explosion needs to be directed forward into the target, which would imply a breech-like container.

explosives chamber

Since I assume this explosive robot is not being used to break prisoners out of a cellule forte in some prison, I can only imagine they are referring to some sort of explosives chamber within the robot.

What IS the thing used for? Exploding suspect baggage in airports, exploding suspect cars, etc.?

Maybe the "pyrotechnics chamber", meaning the chamber which "fires" the charge at the mine (I'm inventing, I don't know how these things work), rather than the "explosives chamber" which would be the charge intended to detonate the mine.

Whatever it is, I suppose 10 minutes is considered to be a safe time for the thing to have exploded/fired in had it been triggered, accidentally or otherwise.
Note from asker:
It s a mine killer. Indeed, it has nothing to do with the cellules fortes from prisons. Can it be a fire proof/safety chamber? Thanks.

protective capsule

I was thinking it may have something to do with protecting against accidental misfire.
