It is a formal expression in French and I am unsure of the exact phrasing in English.
I know that "certificat établi à la demande de l'intéressée" literally translates as "certificate drawn up/produced at the request of the person concerned/interested party" BUT I suspect that an exact English phrase must be in place and I would be grateful if anyone could tell me of the "formal" translation of certificat établi à la demande de l'intéressée, used in similar circumstances in Britain.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.
