: usually "non-party" alone is enough in the litigation context. "third party" might be appropriate in some circumstances.

訴外○○」とは、例えば、AがBを相手として100万円の支払いを求める裁判で、その原因は、例えば、原告(A)は疎外Cから年月日債権譲渡を受けた。よって、原告(A)は被告(B)に100万円の支払いを求める。
