资金调拨人：划转（转出）资金的人，一般情况下，都是客户本人，除非你把权限委托给了别的人。不过现在资金都是银期转账，从银行到你的期货账户、从期货账户到你的银行账户，所以基本上不存在什么风险，因为银行账户还在你的掌握之中（除非你把存折和密码都给了别人，那和期货公司无关了）。
