Într-o ediţie anterioară, formularea era: Baza monetară* s-a micşorat în luna noiembrie 2009 cu 0.5 la sută (45.3 mil. lei), până la
9485.8 mil. lei, ca rezultat al devansării plasării depozitelor „overnight” asupra restituirii acestora în sumă de 933.0 mil. lei.
Am impresie ca devansarea nu se face "asupra" restituirii, ci urmarea (devansarii) este "asupra restituirii".
I would phrase the first as " due to the rescheduling of event A to occur before event B" and for the second I don't have an easy phrasing.
