It's hard to tell from the context if this is indeed regarding a website, but it's hard to imagine someone "deleting" (destroying) another type of site, like a building site for example.

Can you deduce what it may be from other "hints" in the letter? If the text does not indicate anything else which may be considered for reimbursement, then I would go with website.
