buggies
On arrival you will be whisked away along bougainvillea-lined pathways in one of the hotel buggies to your own private suite - of which there are only 26 - each beautifully decorated and furnished in African style.

No roads and no vehicles, except for the hotel buggies, but I decided to walk from quay to Labriz through the island’s only village, its school, medical centre and few dwellings under high palms.

After being greeted by friendly faces at reception and meeting the wonderful manager Lambros, we were whisked away to our room on one of the hotel’s convenient buggies.

The stairs to the rooms can be a bit tedious, but the paths are a good alternative, or the hotel buggies

: Your referenced buggies are mostly for moving people. The ST's E-Karren appears to be more utilitarian: for the landscaping department. May cart be a better match for a utilitarian hauler?//Or for dung.

Cart or tumbril? Both handy forms of transport for aristocrats on their way to the guilllotine.
