nærmeste overordnede Explanation: Her tror jeg bare jeg ville spurt kunden om farfar skal brukes bokstavelig. Du finner blant annet "Alla ledare sätter lön inom det spann vi fått från HR-avdelningen. Vi arbetar också enligt farfarsprincipen som betyder att man ska samråda med närmaste högre ledare innan man sätter lönen" på web-referansen.
