German term
Zusatzmenü
German to English
Tech/Engineering
Computers: Software
Microsoft Internet Explorer 8
This is the menu in Internet Explorer 8 on the top right of the menu bar, that contains the home page, RSS feeds, e-mail and print icons, and the Page, Safety and Tools drop-down menu. I've looked at the various IE8 help pages but can't find what this menu is actually called in English - does anyone know?

Command bar
When I choose to hide the "Command Bar" under "View Toolbars", these are precisely the icons that disappear: Home, RSS, Print, Email..
So I guess that's it.

: This sounds right, but there is a word Befehlsleiste. That's why I think the context would be useful.

Comment: "Thanks - this is clearly what the text is referring to though not actually a translation, especially as it is a toolbar rather than a menu. I've incorporated Phil's / philee's suggestion to incorporate the term into the translation but use "additional menu" for the actual term."
Discussion
"new menu"or "newly added menu" might also fit.
"Wie sieht das neue Zusatzmenü aus?
Das Zusatzmenü befindet sich nun auf der rechten Seite der Menüleiste und enthält folgenden Punkte: " (followed by the diagram as described above.)

Despite your helpful description, it would still be useful to have the German.
