@Anne If "Ablegewagen" is not in the picture, then any kind of collecting, distributing, tray or delivery trolley should do the trick....

@ Adam: did not mean to use Prover, the site was just a suggestion - I suggested to call it "tray trolley" or "tray racks" - these are common terms in the bakery business ... AND if you keep on reading the text it says: (zusätzliches) Zubehör: Ablegewagen; so this trolley is actually not integrated etc. in the machine pictured!

@Adam: yes, I've seen this, too. Stacking seems to be a good alternative as you do not have to commit yourself to anything as "long-term" as storage or as heavy on the process side as distribution. But it only works, if more than one tray is passed on to the trolley for subesequent handling - which is for the asker to know. The sentence talks about one tray only.

Thanks for answering. I guess, you will either have to ask or pick the translation that seems most suitable from what you can find out about the machine and the process involved. There is one more thing I think is strange in your sentence (unfortunately I do not know anything about bakery machines). If it is a cleaning machine why is oil being applied in a "Beölungseinheit"? And if this is really being done why should the tray with oil onit go into a storage trolley afterwards? Maybe I am having a mental block here?

Hi, there is very minimal information within the website. The company sells the tray cleaning machines (within the bakery industry) and I presume that the client cleans his trays and then reuses them. My impression is that it would be some sort of "storage trolley" as you suggest but unfortunately I cannot provide you with the answer that you are looking for.

I think we need to know what happens to the trays afterwards.
My suggestions are "receiving trolley", "discharge trolley", "storage trolley", "distribution trolley". But I can't decide which one fits your context. Depending on how the "Ablegewagen" works it might also be called a "carriage".
