su servidor
No estoy muy segura pero puede ser "su servidor" si estás traduciendo una carta oficial (y ¿posiblemente se trata de México?), pero este expresión es algo anticuada.
En inglés se traduce como "your humble servant" o "at your service", pero en caso de japonés yo pienso que no necesita traducirlo pues no hay una expresión equivalente en japonés.
