La chiostrina più grande ospita il corpo ascensore per il quale esiste un paragrafo dedicato; la più piccola ospita invece un grosso tra cantone dove passano le canne fumerie provenienti dalla centrale termica che sarà da sostituire insieme alla caldaia.

Beatriz, it's a typo: there shouldn't be a space after "tra". The word is "tracantone". I suggest you edit the post

partition wall with flues passing through it

there are some mistakes in the Italian text, maybe that is why you could find no reference.. Indeed, it is "tracantone" - a partition wall - and "canne fumarie" - flues.

block section flues from the hiting sistem wich will be replaced with the boiler

Del resto non sono tanto sicura ma cantone e in inglese chimneys- camini - ( dove esce il fumo ....non ho molta inspirazione adesso scusami::)
