Spanish term

cuello sin IY

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) general physical exam
Found in a general physical exam of a patient with previous bilateral carotid surgery, coronary artery stents.
Reads: "cuello sin IY campos pulmonares con adecuada entrada y salida de aire...."
My problem is only "IY" .
Thanks
