English to French Law/Patents Real Estate
I am translating a solicitor's letter into French regarding the paying in full of a mortgage and I came accross this expression. Does it mean that the solicitor is waiting to execute the discharge of the mortgage

thanks Gilles
neutral mimi 254 : ok with annulation but wondering if implement here can be translated as mise en place

implement can't be translated here as "mise en oeuvre" or "exécution"; it seems to me that "mise en place" is thus correct
agree Savvas SEIMANIDIS : plutôt " mettre en oeuvre " ou "procéder à ". " Mettre en place " s'emploie pour l'octroi d'un prêt, non pour son annulation
