Para os casos em que a responsabilidade não se encontre excluída ou limitada pelo disposto nos parágrafos anteriores, A INDEMNIZAÇÃO xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx resultantes do incumprimento das suas obrigações ficará limitada, ao abrigo do disposto no artigo 602 do Codigo Civil, a 50% do valor por si efectivamente cobrado ao cliente e recebido pels SIBS FPS.
I'm not clear who is responsible - the client or SIBS FPS.
I would really appreciate any help sorting out this sentence.
