In realtà posto letto non esclude che ci possano essere anche stanze con un solo posto letto. Credo che sia l'espressione più corretta (o almeno non me ne vengono in mente altre)

Leggo ora l'intervento di jacki e mi vengono in mente le stanze che prendevo in affitto a Londra o A'dam in case vittoriane a 3 piani.
Più stanze alcune con bagno prorpio disposte sui diversi piani. Al piano terra la cucina/dining in comune.
Forse potrebbe andare bene anche "stanze".
