I have Googled this product to see what it looks like, but I have no idea how to describe it in English. It's from a document marketing a particular bakery's products.

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

A gougère, in French cuisine, is a savory choux pastry with cheese. Grated cheese may be mixed into the batter, cubes of cheese may be pushed into the top, or both.

Les gougères sont des spécialités bourguignonnes faites de pâte à choux et de fromage, le fromage râpé étant mélangé à la pâte à choux encore tiède.
GOUGERE
Pâte à chou avec 115 g d'eau, 125 g de farine, 100 g de beurre, 4 oeufs, sel, 200 g de gruyère râpé. Faire chauffer l'eau et le beurre, quand ça bout ajouter la farine en 1 seule fois. Faire sécher sur le feu pour que la pâte se détache de la casserole, puis ajouter les oeufs un à un et enfin le gruyère râpé. Cuire à th 6 pendant 40 mn. $
