If the museum authorities arranged it all. Or it could be "run at the museum", which would mean on the premises but without necessarily having any other input from the museum.

I would also be partial to "organized by the museum" or "organized under the auspices of the museum" also.
But actually, for "organized by the museum" I would expect to see "организован музей".
(Why do we translators feel we have to change the author's words in order to be idiomatic.)
"Organized" is okay in English to mean that the "Rock lovers'" club was set up at and (let us say at the same time) under the auspices of the museum.
