"Cas clinique 7 : Exploration sinusienne avant volet latéral et guide de préforage en chirurgie guidée
Le patient consulte en vue de la restauration maxillaire postérieure implantaire. Le panoramique réalisé indique un volume osseux résiduel trop faible pour entreprendre une pose simple.
L’examen 3D confirme la nécessité de faire un surélevé de sinus par voie latérale bi-maxillaire."
