Is this a heading? If so, what does it say underneath?
I'm not convinced there is any difference between Rand- and Rahmenbedingungen here. After all, an edge is the same as a frame.

Framework conditions

Although the word 'Rand' appears in the source text, I have never heard/ read such term as boundary conditions in Eng. Normally it is 'Framework conditions'.
