Discussion
The stigmata are simply features like Liz suggested. The plaque d'eventration is a surgical mesh and the "de la plus d'heures" is a typo or voice recognition software error. It likely is a brand name of the mesh or an anatomical location.
The presenting complaint is pain on urination for 2 days. Idea of macrohematuria. Past medical history of nephretic colic. This text is typed. As you say makes no sense at all!
It makes no sense in French.
