è Doctor of Osteopathy (vedi acronyms in rete).
E dopo tipo "specialista in osteopatia".
An obstetrician-gynecologist is either an M.D. (medical doctor) or D.O. (doctor of osteopathy). Both degrees are accepted as valid by the American Medical Association. These physicians have completed a minimum of four years of specialized training in obstetric and gynecologic medicine. If they have passed examinations conducted by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, they are board-certified specialists in obstetrics and gynecology.

Birth attendant - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Birth_attendant
A birth attendant, also known as "skilled birth attendant" ("SBA"), is a midwife, physician, obstetrician, nurse, or other health care professional who provides basic and emergency health care services to women and their newborns during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. Birth attendants are trained to be present at ("attend") childbirth, whether the delivery takes place in a health care institution or at home, to recognize and respond appropriately to medical complications, and to implement interventions to help prevent them in the first place including through prenatal care.
