Testo teatrale. Un uomo cerca di ricordare a un suo amico un incontro con dei tedeschi.

A: There were these Germans and the six of us were going to go scuba diving.
B: I don't remember going scuba diving.
A: We didn't because the boat didn't show up.
B: So where do the Germans come in?
A: They were with us. They were going with us.

La mia proposta:

A: questi tedeschi e noi stavamo per andare a fare immersione.
B: Non ricordo nessuna immersione.
A: Non l’abbiamo fatta perchè la barca non s’è vista.
B: E allora cosa c’entrano i tedeschi?
A: erano con noi. Dovevano venire con noi.
