Albanian term

Dashuria Kuantike e Filanit

Albanian to English Art/Literary Poetry & Literature Adem Demaçi
Hi fellows, I am a Bulgarian translator (I have no idea of Albanian) and in a text I am translating I have a short biographic note about Adem Demaçi including two of his books: Dashuria Kuantike e Filanit and Nëna Shegë e pesë gocat. In my translation the first one is rendered as Quantified Love but I am not sure how close it is to the original. Translated into Bulgarian this might give something very odd, so I will kindly ask you to give me a word-for-word translation of the title.

Ekaterina Kroumova Aug 10, 2013:
Thank you Klemi and Sherefedin. You have been both very helpful with the explanations. I hope Sherefedin won't matter, I'll give the points to the lady, since she answered first and in the relevant pair, Albanian to English. I would like to apologize for the exchange in Macedonian but it was really of great help.
Ekaterina Kroumova Aug 9, 2013:
Now I see more clearly, thank you Klemi.
Klementina Shahini Aug 9, 2013:
Such and such refers to a person. In our case is the author of the book, Adem Demaçi who through his electronic letters sent to his people describes the lack of love as well as his time of suffering in prison.

Quantum Love of Such and Such

The above version is word by word translation.
Kuantike - quantum
dashuri - love
filanit - such and such

If you replace the word quantum with one of the synonyms of this word you would get, Partial Love of Such and Such. Does this version make sense in Bulgarian?

Hopefully, it helps.
Note from asker:
What does such and such refer to? One person? Any person?

Note from asker:
Шерефедин, што е тоа филан човек? Барем на бугарски ништо не значи. Можете слободно да ми пишувате на македонски. А, сега видов дека филан е турски збор, ама каj нас не се користи. Значи, на некоjси?
Фала многу!
