The meaning of indirect: I recently clicked on "click for a price" on an American English website. I then filled in a form explaining everything and left an email. I then received an email from an Italian who worked for a wholesaler and couldn't give me a retail price (after I explained everything again), but gave me a phone number. I then phoned the number and got a sales person who said she would send me prices later. She never did.

Obviously this was not "direct" access to sales services and information, this was "indirect" and no I am making nothing up and not
exagerating.

INDIRECTLY means that you do it through someone else (there is a phone number you can call, but that way you won't get a direct access to the products, you'll not be able to look and judge by yourself)

Portal? Nobody says "portal" any more, surely? If anything, I would say "Go to Airplus.com to access all products and services" - but why would I even need to say that, since it's obvious that if I needed to know about Airplus products and services, that's where I'd go?
