Infuriatingly, when I click on the "English" button to try to see the "official" translation of what looks like it might simply be "Tax Mailbox", instead of showing a translated version of that page, it whisks me away to a very limited page specifically for foreigners, which doesn't seem to be anything to do with the "Buzon Tributario"...
