Journal bearing / Thrust bearing

Yanlış tanım yapmıştım.
Peer comment(s):

disagree Kim Metzger : You are proposing two different kinds of bearing with a confidence level of "Highest, I am sure" and no explanation. Journal bearings can slide horizontally while thrust bearings cannot. Which one is it?

Journal (friction, radial or rotary) bearing: This is the most common type of plain bearing; it is simply a shaft rotating in a bearing.
Thrust bearing: A thrust bearing provides a bearing surface for forces acting axial to the shaft.
