Japanese term or phrase: The difference between 通過 and 走行
Hi all,

This question is about the difference between 通過 and 走行 in relation to medical procedures like intubation, colonoscopy, etc.

I am seeking translations for both terms, but have put them together as I suspect they should be differentiated.

An example is below:

栄養チューブを入れ直し上部消化管造影を行ったが、十二指腸から空腸の走行異常はなくまた通過障害もなかった。引き続き行った注腸造影でも結腸の走行異常はなかった。

It seems 通過 has been translated "passage" elsewhere, but just wondered how this differs from 走行, and how these two words should be translated respectively.

Thanks!

Explanation:
I don't see any difference, but I would translate them as passage and travelling.
通過 here sounds like there is a checkpoint - maybe the underlying checkpoint is the big curve between the 2 organs? But I'm a layperson.
