French to English Medical Medical: Pharmaceuticals Expert Report

I have found a variety of conflicting information about how to translate this - sometimes that there is no such word as 'hypoandrogenicity' (while in some scientific articles it appears to be used), and sometimes, where there is a translation given, that it should be 'hypoandrogenism'. I wondered if it should really be translated into English simply as 'androgen deficiency', but that would probably be a different register (and here, the formal, scientific register is required).
