o di uno che muove un dito
intanto lascerei "prognosi" e non parlerei di "sopravvivenza" - la prognosi potrebbe anche essere che dopo aver mosso un dito non succede niente, che era un riflesso automatico, e lui resta in stato vegetativo, quindi sopravvive, ma non può dare "fastidio".
