French term

débooster

French to English Medical Medical (general)
This term appears in a section of a survey questionnaire intended for people with HIV. One question concerns how they have de-escalated their treatment. The answer options include, among others, reducing daily doses, not taking the drugs every day and “J’ai déboosté mon traitement”. I haven’t found anything useful on the Internet for “débooster”. Any ideas or help would be appreciated. TIA

Je me demande si on parle par d'une diminution de la prise médicamenteuse contrairement au verbe anglais "boost" qui veut dire augmenter.
