This abbreviation appears in a physical examination report. Under the heading of HANCHE, there is a vertical list of parameters that were assessed: Flexion, Extension, Rotation externe,…Adduction, Fabere/ir, Gaenslen, etc. “ir” does not ring any bells. Any input would be appreciated. TIA

As my reference explains, FABER is an acronym from the initials of the previous items on the asker's list.
