From a reg doc for a development agency:
"Le 30ₒnovembre 2015, le président de [X] a décidé d’appeler le solde de l’augmentation de capital en une seule fois, soit un montant total de 15ₒM€."
I would think 'call the balance' would be logical, but I'm not finding a lot of support for it. Any help most appreciated.

No question of invoices. Shareholders committed themselves at the foundation of their firm to provide the funds corresponding to the value of their shares. The called outstanding capital in the TXT is the remainder of the funds shareholders have yet to disburse.

Just to reiterate F- Boye's point: it's making a call on the balance of partly-paid or unpaid company shares issued on account of the capital increase.
Example sentence:
The unpaid amount is requested by the company sending a 'call' notice.
