En dehors d'un brevet j'omettrais la notion de "ratio", "tension par tour" est évidemment un rapport en français
Comme pour l'autre question je ne vois pas de difficulté de compréhension pour le calcul d'un transfo de base, on trouve d'autres expressions comme moins correctes comme "volt par tour", "tour par volt" ou "volts par spire"
