Following up on "Régime de protection," I am also unsure of how to translate "Tribunal administratif."
Once again, this appears under "Notes complémenatires (note de départ) sur l'hospitalisation (faits marquants pendant l'hospitalisation.)
First we see a check box with "Voir feuille notes complémentaires (suite)" with several lines for doctor's notes.
Then we see three more check boxes:
1) Régime de protection
2) Ordonnances de traitement
3) Tribunal administratif
I have not seen this on other hospitalisation summary sheets. This is a patient who was part of a clinical trial. The hospital is in Quebec.
Two choices I have seen are
Administrative Tribunal
and
Administrative Board
Both seem a little out of place to me. I guess I'm not sure what they're getting at here.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

Note in this case that the official English version of the site retains the French name of the TAQ. I think you should too.

Note that there is a link to an English version of the site, but that it is not online yet.
In any event, your original uses the term "Tribunal adminstratif". Various types of procedures are possible (see box in the bottom righthand side of the page : Tribunal admisntratif, tribunal civil, recours interne, etc.). These are not mentionned in your source text. In order to render precisely what is presented in your original, I see no reason to use anything other than the term that dsecribes that specific structure, and indeed, to retain the French, as the EN official site uses the French term too.

I was surprised that the EN version of the official site (the parts that I'd seen, at least) had retained the FR title. If an official EN version of the title is provided, then obviously you can/should go with that one.

Are they simply trying to determine if 1) the patient is covered by insurance 2) if the patient was given prescriptions for medication and 3) if there was a reason to have a session before a review board/tribunal?
