French to English Bus/Financial Insurance Life insurance actuarial calculation

This is a list of premiums in an actuarial calculation of redemption and other reserves for a non-term life insurance scheme. It is Belgian French and the document was drafted in 1989. The list runs: 'prime pur', 'prime d'inventaire', 'prime de réduction', 'prime commerciale', '**prime tarifière**'.
I can't find any instance of it on the web.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as always.
