"La constitución de Hipoteca se hace al amparo de lo dispuesto en la Ley de 16 de diciembre de 1954, y con estricta sujeción a lo previsto en la misma con independencia de la responsabilidad patrimonial universal que en virtud del artículo 1.911 del Código Civil pesa sobre el Hipotecante por razón de las Obligaciones Garantizadas contraídas frente al Acreedor Hipotecario bajo el mencionado Contrato de Préstamo, que no se entenderá limitada en modo alguno."
