It seems as though "bostadsrätt" generally refers to the type of housing called a condominium in the US.

However, I am not sure how to make that translation work in the following context (from a contract transferring the ownership of a condominium between two parties):

"Köpeobjekt: Bostadsrätten till lgh nr [X] i bostadsrättsföreningen [X], org. nr [X]"

= "Object of purchase: the [???] to apartment no. [X] in housing cooperative [X], org. no. [X]"
