Thanks to EKM's suggestion, I did a little search of my own and found a picture of the garden with the same name in the Northeast (...ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ); I think either Arboretum or Botanical Garden would be fine, but in English Birthday and Anniversary should also be capitalized

Used in the reference link below, which is maintained by กรมอุทยานแห่งชาติ สัตว์ป่า และพันธุ์พืช ( Department of National Park, Wildlife and Plant Conservation ).
