French term

balcon vestibulaire

French to English Medical Medical: Dentistry Implantology
Hello everyone,
I am seekng your opinion on the term 'balcon vestibulaire'. The context is complete oral rehabilitation after the extraction of multiple teeth, placement of implants and prosthetic construction.
The term appears in the following phrase which is the fourth part of the procedure after guided bone regeneration:
On note la présence d’un balcon vestibulaire signant une augmentation osseuse satisfaisante.
I am not aware of vestibular balcony and cannot find any references to support it. I have heard of bone balcony, but obviously that is not correct here as it is vestibulaire.
Any help with this term would be much appreciated.
Best wishes!

neutral philgoddard : Could be, but your reference relates to the ear. And wouldn't they say "crête vestibulaire"?
