3ème courant de Montpellier

Tourism & Travel
Hello, I'm working on a text about the Viavino wine tourism centre in Pays de Lunel. It includes an interview with a tourist, he is giving his opinion on the centre and he says:
Can anyone explain what 3ème courant is? Thank you!

In this context, "courant" means the third time Montpellier is trying to do something.
The meaning is closed to "third step", but step would mean a goal to reach.
Here it's only different tries at doing soemthing.
It is not a very "courant" way to use this word.

Could it refer to "season"?
