This term appears in a medical report relating to a man with COPD. He has had a chest X-ray but that is all the information I have and have no idea what this R.C. relates to. Incidentally I also have R.C. haut on the same page in the context of Explorations fonctionnelles respiratoires (R.C. haut). I can't find anything on the Internet corresponding to this.
