BUYER’S RETAIL SALES STANDARDS:
Buyer’s +RSLs* (which shall include RSLs operated by Buyer’s affiliated companies or members selling Products) may in no event present themselves as a mono-brand xy retailer.
Buyer’s *RSL* must promote, offer, and sell at its store(s) third-party products in addition to the Products.
The interior fixturization, decoration, and overall interior and exterior image of Buyer’s *RSL*, including products and services offered, shall be of high quality and good taste and decor, consistent with acceptable commercial standards.

dieser Abschnitt stammt aus den Allgemeinen Verkaufsbedingungen eines Schuherstellers und regelt den Weiterkauf der Ware.

RS könnte ich mir noch vorstellen, steht für Retail Sales, aber L? Vielleicht sehe ich gerade auch nur den Wald vor lauter Bäumen nicht und es ist völlig offensichtlich, aber ich stelle es trotzdem mal als Pro-Frage ein ;-)
