This Escrow and Management Agreement shall become effective upon signature by the Investor of a declaration of accession in accordance to the model in Annex/1 within 10 days of receipt of the declaration of accession by the Escrow on the part of the Escrow of the written acceptance to be declared, the acceptance of the declaration of accession being at the Escrow's free and unrestricted discretion Какой в данном контексте возможен перевод the Escrow??
