Portuguese term

diss/conv.

Portuguese to English Bus/Financial Accounting
Appears many times in what appears to be a pay stub:

Examples:

DIF. SALARIO DISS/CONV
BASE FGTS DISS/CONV

My first thought is dissidio/convenio perhaps?

Thank you!

You got "dissídio" right....the other one is "convenção"

There is a technical difference between "dissídio" and "convenção" but in the end they usually end up in a collective bargain agreement and since you're translating terms from a pay stub, I don't think you would have space to explain everything there.
