Italian term

cucina globulare

Italian to English Marketing Food & Drink description of the local cuisine
Un menu classico che spazia fino ad arrivare alla ricercatezza, alla ***cucina globulare*** con una finissima selezione di vino.

I'm at a loss as to 'cucina globulare' and having trouble connecting it to a classic menu that 'extends all the way to sophistication'. This is a one-sentence description and there is no other context.
I'm probably missing something simple here. Any help unraveling this would be much appreciated.

Molecular cusine

To me it sounds like a malapropism. Maybe they meant molecular. I can see how one could mix these two words up. Of course it's just a guess.

But I agree that you should ask the client.
As for the sentence structure, you could write "to sophistication and molecular cusine".

Sorry, I consistently misspelled "cuisine". That's what happens when I type from my phone...
Note from asker:
Thank you, Claudia. Molecular cuisine/gastronomy is an interesting possibility. I agree with you and Cedric (thank you, too) that it's probably best to ask the client.
Thanks to everyone for your helpful input. I actually found a reference to a company in Milan that held a molecular cuisine cooking class at a restaurant in Franciacorta so, despite its peculiarity, there is a possibility that 'molecular' is the proper term. I have asked the client for clarification but have not yet had a reply. Will post update.

Thanks, I appreciate it.
neutral Fiona Grace Peterson : This is a "classic menu", so molecular cuisine seems doubtful

neutral Angie Garbarino : molecular cuisine is a very peculiar kind of cuisine, very doubtful

Global cuisine / International Cuisine

I think the source text is correct (https://www.viviinfranciacorta.it/) but slight possibility this could be a source-typo. Obviously, it would need to be checked with the client, but just a suggestion because it seems to me that if this is targeted at tourists, it is a good way to appeal to all tastes and to families who may want steaks and burgers.
