To me it sounds like a malapropism. Maybe they meant molecular. I can see how one could mix these two words up. Of course it's just a guess.

| Thanks to everyone for your helpful input. I actually found a reference to a company in Milan that held a molecular cuisine cooking class at a restaurant in Franciacorta so, despite its peculiarity, there is a possibility that 'molecular' is the proper term. I have asked the client for clarification but have not yet had a reply. Will post update. |

I think the source text is correct (https://www.viviinfranciacorta.it/) but slight possibility this could be a source-typo. Obviously, it would need to be checked with the client, but just a suggestion because it seems to me that if this is targeted at tourists, it is a good way to appeal to all tastes and to families who may want steaks and burgers.
