Italian to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Finance (general)
Italian term or phrase: CAPITALE NETTO DA REMUNERARE
This comes from a table summarising financial results relating to a merger. There is no other context for the terms.

This particular item is calculated as follows:

CAPITALE NETTO RETTIFICATO - ATTIVITA' NON ATTINENTI ALLA GESTIONE CARATTERISTICA
= CAPITALE NETTO DA REMUNERARE

Reference information:
"Il capitale netto da remunerare è normalmente pari al patrimonio netto rettificato dell'azienda; può tuttavia risultare inferiore se nell'azienda sono presenti attività non tipicamente attinenti alla gestione caratteristica."

A separate point:

I find it good to spell "nett" in English with a double t in this context.
Apparently that's less common in the USA than in other English-speaking countries.

Of course, the spelling "net" is also popular elsewhere.
