Portuguese term

Traslada em seguida.

Portuguese to English Law/Patents Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs Escritura pública, declaração de residência
I'm looking for the meaning of this small sentence, located at the end of a declaração de residência, signed by a notary public.

The sentence is preceded by the names of the notary, clerk and followed by: "Eu (xxx) , Substituto da Tabeliã, subscrevo e assino em público e raso."

Thank you for your reply!

Best,
Jan

@Mark @Lara @Mark: There might be another document, but I haven't see it.. It has to be that..
@Lara: might have been possible, but she didn't move :-)

@Jan I have had a look at the standard form "Declaração de Residência" on Brazilian websites and all seen to take the form of a notarised declaration made by the interested party, or a third-party, which confirms the interested party's address, to which documentary proof is (in some cases) attached.
Lara Barnett Sep 10, 2019:
@ jan Could it relate to her being about to relocate? This document is regarding her residential location. Or maybe has been relocating? (I mean moving home herself. i..e. a physical transfer of residence).??
Mark Robertson Sep 10, 2019:
@ Jan What text appears after "translada em seguida"? IMHO herein disclosed is not a very good option as it is not normally used in the context.
Jan Van Den Bulcke (asker) Sep 10, 2019:
@Mark @Lara Hi Mark, there are no documents attached to the declaração. I think "herein disclosed" would be the better choice here.

Thank you both!

Hi Lara,
regarding a woman
Mark Robertson Sep 10, 2019:
@Jan Van Den Bulcke Is there a document attached to the declaração de residência? There are two possible meanings of the source text, depending on whether the "translada" is part of the same document, or is a separate, but attached, document:
1. Gilmar's answer (if there is a separate document attached);
2. "Transcribed below" if the "translada" is part of the same document.

Lara Barnett Sep 9, 2019:
@ Jan Is this document regarding a man or a woman?
Nick Taylor Sep 9, 2019:
@Jan with regard to your comment to Cristina, maybe "HEREIN DISCLOSED" may be better.:-)

5 JUR Cópia fiel que o tabelião extrai do instrumento lavrado em seu livro de notas.

For your specific context as you described in your question.

In other cases it could also be called an official transcript.

After checking on another PT-EN legal dictionary I have here in PDF (but for some strange reason the author's name or publishing company is nowhere to be seen) I see these 2 entries:

trasladado em seguida certified copy made immediately
traslado ferry-flight; first certified copy
------------------------------------------------------

Perhaps there is a typo and your "declaração" should say "trasladaDA" ?
If it's "trasladada em seguida" then the correct translation according to this source should be:
CERTIFIED COPY MADE IMMEDIATELY

thank you!
Peer comment(s):

agree Adrian MM. : Trasladado em seguida: Tradução em inglês Certified copy made immediately // Still grammatically & notarially feasible as 'WHEREUPON s/he (the Notary Public) does make a certified copy - which I was going to post as a sep. answer but too close to yours.

Thanks Adrian :) Yes, we may have a typo there.

Obrigado, Cristina :)
neutral Lara Barnett : "Immediately" would need restructuring here to be understood by English speakers.
