French term

Ventilation pulmonaire homogène

French to English Medical Medical (general)
From a Chest X-ray. I feel certain there must be standard way of saying this in English reports rather than using a literal translation.
Pas de cardiomégalie.
Ventilation pulmonaire homogène.
Culs de sacs pleuraux libres.
Any suggestions welcome as always.
Thanks in advance

(the lungs) are uniformly aerated

The chest x-ray is normal.
"Homogenous ventilation" is not idiomatic in English.
He is essentially saying that there are no patches of consolidation or other abnormalities creating "inhomogeneities" in the lung fields. The lungs are clear.
Note from asker:
Thanks - I understood what was meant, I just couldn't think of how it should be worded. I also found 'uniform ventilation' in the context of X-rays

Homogeneous ventilation

The "lung" bit ("pulmonaire") can probably be left out, since that is the only kind of ventilation I can think of in a medical context.
